FIFA 09 ONLINE LEAGUE 2009

The Format: There will be 3 Groups of 5.

In Divison 1 there will be a Champion and 2 relegation places.

In Divison 2 there will be 2 promotion places and 2 relegation places.

In Divison 3 there will be 2 promotion places.



The Teams There will be 15 teams. I shall ask you too choose a number from 1 - 15. Once this has finished I shall do a draw of teams which will be done by picking teams out of the hat.

Rotherham 3-1 Gillingham

I was so shit in this game couldn't pass, couldn't finish, couldn't get out of half, Madman took advantage of my shiteness but it shoulda been 7 or 8 goals.

I'm down I reckon.

I sent you a PM JB, more then happy to rematch that 2nd game.

Goalscorers for the first game were Burchill x2 and Barker for me and Jackson for Johnny. We've agreed to rematch the game I disconnected in so I'm sure that'll be tommorrow.

Overall in this comp I must have hit the bar/post 15 times, I constantly hit it vs Sam, 4 times in a game and a half vs Johnny and a few times vs Stu as well

I'm not sure I'd agree that lower league teams show the better player myself. Not just me being bitter, but I mean my whole game I can't get going attacking wise with this shite. In the CL comp I can work with Panathinaikos really, really well because their players can turn on the ball, make decent dribbles and play some good passing. With this sack of shite I can't play anything like I usually do.

But meh, I just gotta hope I stay in division 2 for when the team changes happen next season.

Nah I agree, it doesn't really show who the better players on the forum are, because all of the League 2 players are awful stats wise. It's hard to string passes together or even shoot properly. I don't ever remember being a L2 side where I've scored a goal that hasn't been a simple tap in or 1v1 with the keeper. Hopefully playing with L2 teams isn't a permanent thing.

I can normally play well against most people I've played from here. Pass it around ok etc, but against Stu yesterday in a friendly, passing to a team-mate was a rare thing. Sounds like me on Clubs actually -_-

So the fact that I can adapt to a lower league team doesn't make me a better player? Obviously Gaz, you're used to being Man Utd all the time and you're not going to get the same passing and shooting as you do with Ronaldo and Rooney, but we're all in the same boat with the L2 teams, it's not like certain people are L2 and others are top sides is it?
