This game always crashes after I get killed for the 2nd time. The screen goes black, the PS2 light remains green, and that's it. I have to reboot the PS2 and restart the game.

It always happens near the start of the game. In the scenario after the Russian babe kills the sniper and gives me instructions to go to the left pillbox. If I get killed twice in this level, the game stops.
