Hi guys. I'm Commander Jairus, the Dark Knight of Terra. I love Shadow Hearts and Koudelka, and am a big fan of all of the series.

I'm new and unknown here, since I read rather than post, but I thought I'd say hello before disappearing back into obscurity.

I saw a review of Shadow Hearts online somewhere and was immediately interested. I bought the game on the strength of that one review and loved it from the moment it began. I loved the historical setting with the otherworld twist, I loved the weirdness, I really loved the music, but mostly I loved the dialogue between Yuri and his friends. It felt funny and real, and refreshingly unpredictable (for the most part). What can I say, dialogue is really important to me in a story!

I'm another Australian (Brisbane) and barely survived the looooong wait until PAL SH:C came out.

Short list of favourites - can't resist:

Character: Yuri
Music: China Ogre
Game presentation: Monster descriptions, especially those in SH1.
Lottery Member: Like, the Lottery Member #02 in, like, Rouen, SH1.
SH2 running gag: The way Joachim gets his weapons.
SH1/SH2 running gag: Naming Roger Bacon
Runner Up: Yuri's seasickness
