Did you clear any old video card drivers that were on your computer before you installed the new card?

Master : Yes I did so, but you know - I used only windows XP uninstall guide - no hand-made delete. Before I had an ATI Rage 128 Pro (32MB). I wonder if the VIA KT133 chipset or the MB itself supports that newer AGP 4x technology (I think AGP 2.0) - because the FX5200 is some 2-3 years newer than the mobo. I think there´s problem with AGP voltage...
Now Im planning to replace the mobo, but can´t find a model for this combination - Athlon 1GHz (100 FSB)+ 512 PC133 SDRAM and AGP 4x/8x. Could you please help me with some tip? Thanks | |
