	You must first obtain the Goron bracelet from Darunia. Go to the bottom level of the Goron City, and stand on the mat at the closed door. Play Zelda's lullaby, and the door will open, revealing Darunia, the chief of the Gorons. Speak to him, then play Saria's Song.
