i have 100 of the 101 cards and i cant find #23. does anybody know which pokemon it is? i have jirachi and everything. and also, what is that wobbuffet spray for? i had it and screwed up and never found it again. is it for anything important, like getting into that Strange Hole in the field? thanks for anybody who bothers to answer this

if your pokemon uses the wobuffet spray, he will turn smallerwith a high squeaky voice. I've found two of them.
