Hi and welcome to G&A. Didn't look through everything but alot of your work has some very nice colors and good use of photoshops default brushes, shapes and filters.

Somethings to start out with that will greatly improve your work in the future:

1. Download some custom brushes for photoshop from DeviantArt. Just type Photoshop brushes in its search window at the top.

2. You can find good and free fonts at www.dafont.com

I appologize if you knew these 2 things already, but I usually tell it to anyone I see on their first post.

Now for comments/feedback on your actual work...

1. Alot of your banners look very flat, and as a result look amateurish in a way. This can be improved in several ways, try to have some things in the foreground, some in the mid ground and some in the background. Always have a focal in each banner. IE: the thing your eyes automatically go toward. You can also blur parts of the background to create depth.

2. Your blending can be improved in many ways as well. Experiment with smudging a bit, and try different settings for smudge with scatter/shape dynamics enabled in your brush settings. Google "Photoshop Smudge Settings" to see what some other people use and get a good idea to start with.

Your blending could also improve by using warming filters, gradient maps and adjustment layers. These are accessed by going to Layer>New Adjustment Layer.

You should also look into doing some of the more advanced tutorials out there, as you definitely have the knowledge to understand and do them.
