I really like it. Typography usually is hard to make interesting, unless you have a really cool quote and it can stand on its own. But you dud a good grunge background and having it overlap the font. I also noticed a faint image. Is that Bruce lee?

I really like the feel of the "No Outlet one." The blurry/splattery/grainy effect looks really nice and is by far my favorite of the two.

I like the Parking one except for the sharp lines - you just used the Threshold command, right? Smooth out the lines and it would look way better.
