I am in the forest temple and have the first three monkeys. My problem comes when I go to the room where the bridge is destroyed. The monkeys do not go on the rope so I can cross. Am I missing something? Please help!!

Welcome to neo!
Yes- you need a few more monkeys. Go back to room where there are those red plants things on the ground (the ones that bite you) and look around some. Make sure you go to every possible room that is accessible from here, and you should end up with more monkeys. FYI you need all of them to get to the final boss as they form a giant swing for you

Look at your Map and go in the rooms you haven't visited as they Probably Hold Monkey's. Gotta Find'em All!
