i have nowhere to warp it to how do i get the piece
back to the bridge ? did i forget to open a portal??

When you find the bridge peice have midna look at it, with the Z button i believe, and she gives you the option to Warp, or talk to her. Select the warp and chose Eldin bridge as your destination and she warps it there for you.

Yeah, just make sure you've killed the monsters at the bridge to open the warp or you wont be able to warp... obviously...

ty. but there arent any monster at the bridge i have no portal to the bridge! thats my problem any thoughts of
how i can get the portal there?

Make sure you're on the right side of the broken bridge...

you have to go all the way up to the top of Hyrule Field and go down the little rocky path to the other side of Elsin bridge, you'll see those monsters there.

I'm having the same problem. I stopped playing for about a week and now I'm totally confused. I went to the desert, found the bridge piece, but there is no warp spot to Eldin Bridge. I don't remember where the bridge piece was taken from and I can't find it on any maps to try to go back and make sure the portal is open. Any help? I've been using a walkthrough so I don't know how I could have missed this..... help please!

I think you have to kill those Shadow Beasts when they first appear. Otherwise, they disappear once you've gone into the next Twilight area, and you're stuck with a missing bridge.

You have to GO AROUND through Lanayru Province to get to the other side of Eldin Bridge where the Shadow Beasts appear.

Jeez people, it's really simple if you look at your map! I can't believe the amount of people that are stuck on this part, it's embarrassing!

You don't have to kill the monsters off as soon as they appear. You can go back to where they appeared, but keep in mind that you won't have Eldin bridge's portal until you do kill the monsters.
