I'm having the same problem. I stopped playing for about a week and now I'm totally confused. I went to the desert, found the bridge piece, but there is no warp spot to Eldin Bridge. I don't remember where the bridge piece was taken from and I can't find it on any maps to try to go back and make sure the portal is open. Any help? I've been using a walkthrough so I don't know how I could have missed this..... help please! I've read through all the threads I can find on this site & others and I'm not getting the info I need.

Do you have the clawshots? You need those before you can fix the bridge.

I am having issues with this myself, I have killed the shadow monsters, when I talk to Midna she just mentions how its odd that the peice is there (gerudo desert) and gives me the option to warp (she never mentions should we take it to eldin bridge), I do not have the eldin bridge area as a warp portal. I am ready to go to the sky level at this point in the game, did I miss something way back when in order to make eldin bridge a portal for warping? Please point me in the right direction, I even ended up buying the book and it still does not help me. I am so far in the game I can't beleive this has stumped me.

In my game everything went almost automatically. You first have to make sure that you have defeated the three Twilight Creatures on the Bridge of Eldin. It is just before you gain Ilia's Scent as a wolf, from her backpack. This opens the portal of Eldin Bridge. You also have to make sure that you have fixed the small wooden bridge in Kakariko Gorge. You can find this bridge in Faron Woods. If this is done, you can warp the Eldin Bridge back to its place I think.. It is indeed in the Gerudo Desert. It is easier to spot at night, because then it glows in the dark. Blue. It is on a small hill called Gerudo Mesa. There you will open a portal too, because there you have to fight Twilight Creatures also. You have to clawshot to the flying propellor creature in the sky (in front of the Mesa), wait until he flies above the hill and jump off. Then you have to clawshot to a tree I think, and then you can get on top of the hill. I do not know if this is the particular order.

just go to the lanyru province and back to the bridge of eldin that way. then kill the 3 monsters, and the portal should be warp-to-able, then you go to get the piece of the bridge.

You know how the Shadow Beasts appear after the Bridge of Eldin disappears? Well, I'm no expert, but usually a warp portal opens if you kill Shadow Beasts. Maybe you should use the portal at the bridge as the destination when you move the missing bridge piece from the desert.

I use Bomb Arrows to trigger the cutscene where the bridge disappears so I don't have to ride as far to reach the Beasts.

I know people say you can just go around but its a waste of time ... i havent got a portal there either and i feel sorry for the little baby goron hus dad is sad ...

They don't have the warp point at Eldin Bridge.
Warp out of Gerudo Desert, and head to the northern edge of the broken bridge, via Lanayru Province. Defeat the shadow creatures, then go back and warp the bridge there.
And yes, I know that this thread is 3 years old.
