	Hi, My pokemon over lvl 30 wont obey me. I have the Thunderbadge! Im playing Green, traded over a nidoran(male), and now its a nidorino lvl 31 and it wont obey. Also my Alakazam lvl 31 wont obey. Am i supposed to get the next badge before they will obey me? it will be hard cause i cant use my best pokemon! my charmilon is lvl 29 and i cought a dugtrio lvl29, so its not possible to play the trainers b4 the next gym and stay under 30. HAS SOMETHING IN MY GAME GONE WRONG??? its definately a real game, not the fake ones on ebay (was fooled once!)

	Well if i'm correct it's when you get to Erika the grass girl then all pokemon up to level 50 obey you. You game is fine though.

	Your starter pokemon will ALWAYS obey you, no matter how many badges you have. So go ahead and just train your starter until you have enough badges to controll your pokemon. ------------------- Credit goes to Quierta

	Use the Lapras you'll get, train it up. It really is worth it. It's a good in game pokemon.

	I always thought that the pokemon you catch you can train above that, but not the ones that get traded over -------------------

	quote TheNinthDegree I always thought that the pokemon you catch you can train above that, but not the ones that get traded over correct i have lv51 vaporeon and 3 badges and it obeys me in fact every pokemon i own in this game is at least 36 none were recieved in trade except for alakazam which i traded it and trade it back to get it to evolve (it isn't like im stuck i just want to train and save money to get all the slot pokemon one more to go and thanks to vs. seeker training and earning money is easy)
