no I have the evolved Pokemon of togepi and I never traded it

its friendship evolve

At a high friend ship level. Plus if you want a togekiss. and have DPP yoou can get a togepi egg in hearthome. and togekiss rules just gotaa use a shiny stone.

thanks to everyone who helped i now have every pokemon i can get without trading or having a special item

You must level it up on a high freindship level to obtain togetic.
