okay im having a tough time figuring out which poke to go find and train. here is my lineup so far. pokemon and moves.. and if you could help me out on my choice of attacks for my pokemon

flame wheel, thinking about changin to flamethrower.

roar, how does arcanine learn crunch in FR if he even does.

hyper beam
aerial ace

exeggutor lvl 38
psychic
giga drain
sunny day
stun spore

I suggest that your Jolteon should have this set of moves instead You don't have to change it, it's only a suggestion
Jolteon:
-Thunderbolt
-Double Kick
-Shock Wave
-Quick attack

Well...for arcanine:) Maybe you should have evolved it later when growlithe has learned all the moves but that's ok:) cos' growlithe learns flamethrower at level 49
Arcanine:
-Yup you should change it to falmethrower (you can get it at the place where you claim orizes with credits you earned from playing slots)
-And teach it Bite too by going to two island and giving the move tutor two small mushrooms or 1 big mushroom[which you can getfrom paras]
-And train it to level 49 where it will learn extreme speed, that's the last attack arcanine learns
-Take down
And btw, Crunch is an egg move so you will have to breed arcanine but I'm not sure with what pokemon

For your pidgeot, I would suggest changing it to skarmory but if you haven't caught one, it's ok
Pidgeot:
-Fly
-Aerial Ace
-Mirror Move (Learns at level 62 so you have to train! Go for It!)
-Hyper beam or steel wing it's up to you

exeggutor, i suggest you change it to spinarak and then level it up to level 53 where it learns psychic and evolve it and by then it will now osychic and night shade

-Hypnosis
-Sunny Day
-Solar beam
-Psychic

As for your last pokemon...I suggest you get an eevee and train it to become a vapourean, you can get another eevee by breeding Jolteon

But other than that the moves are good, keep Pigeot and Exeggutor with you, their moves are fine.

breed the arcanine with tyranitar/houndoom with crunch = little growlith that can learn crunch:D

Well you have a good range of types maybe go for a physic or ghost pokemon.
