The game won't let me into saffron city. I need to beat Sabrina so I can use rock smash. I have like 10 lemonades, waters, and sodas but the gaurds won't let me through. It worked fine on my Green Version but it won't let me through on red. Anyone know why? I have all the badges except Saffron and Viridian.

The old lady is on the first floor of the building where you got evee. In other words poke'mon mansion. Talk to her and she will solve your problem

The tea is on the first floor of the Celedon mansion, give it to any and he will let you in saffron. But you can't battle Sabirina stright away you have to defeat team rocket in the Spilh Co building then you can battle Sabirina

you have to go to celadon mansion and get the tea from the old lady

u need the 'tea' from some where but i can't remember where. i remember it being from an old lady somewhere
