Actually, Mew is only confirmed to be in the Japanese version of Emerald.... Nintendo has not yet confirmed mew to be in the English version of it. The Japanese games are known for getting more things than the other versions, so you may not even see Mew at all.
And if they do confirm it, you will need a ticket to get to the special island... -------------------  | |

So are the Americans - they can actually OBTAIN these Tickets, whereas Nintendo made their most ridiculous decision ever and decided not to release the E-Reader in Europe, forcing players to CHEAT at their games to complete them.

True, but you need a ticket and the UK will probably have to wait for months for an event, unless you have a e-reader

Yes, I saw that. But you notice the writing is in Japanese and would be from the Japanese version of the game... because as I've been saying, they have not yet confirmed Mew in the english version of Emerald....
