	talk to the captain on the ss.anne in vermilion city to get there from cerulean go to the northeast house and go out the back then go down take the underground passage and go into vermilion go right and you'll see a harbour go down there and look for the captain on the ship. you get the ticket from bill above cerulean ------------------- Skobo
