Well im not new to poke'mon. i being playing it since the begining of it. BUt the elite four in fire-red is overkill with those pokemon. I need help getting rid them easily with less than 5pokemon. why so i can use exp.share to train weak pokemon.

I cant see why you cant beat the Elite four with that team. When i beat the Elite Four my team was weaker. But one thing man Lapras Sheer Cold is a Major no its got hardly no accuracy, even though it is a one hit KO but in stead of that change it to Hydro Pump or Aurora Beam

I think you can defeat the Elite 4 easily. This Lapras can take out half of it already:
Lorelei: 4/5 pokemons (Jynx isn't a water type, so use a fire type, but Lapras can take it down if you stick to it).
Bruno: 5/5 (Surf on Onix, and Psychic everyone else)
Agatha: 5/5 (Psychic everyone)
Lance: 5/5 (Ice Beam everyone)
Gary: 5/6 (Ice Beam Pidgeot, Rhydon or surf it, and Venusaur, Surfs up on Arcanine, and Thunderbolt Gyarados. Use whatever on Alakazam (prefer a physical attack because it has low physical defense).
Total: 24/26 Man that's almost everything!
