here's my prblem

i've already finish the pokemon league and got national pokedex , then i read at the guide that there are 2 rockets search for treasure , then i talk to them , and nothing happen. if i read the guide , they will battling me , please help me , i need ruby and saphire pleat...

Did you talk to E(whatever his name is) at the pokemon center at one island?

Go to Mt.Ember and go to the right, you should see 2 team rocket members. Once they see you, they will battle with you. Once you've thrashed them, go inside the cave and battle your way through. You should be OK from now on.

PS. You have to see Celio first at the Pokemon Centre on one island.

I'll explain it better for you, talk to Celio on One Island and he's be looking for a Ruby or Sapphire, whatever it is. Head up to Mt. Ember and talk to th the rockets, you will battle them. You will reach some writings on the walls which is written in Braille. The rest is up to you, dont want to spoil the surprises.
