All you need is MS Paint, the Chao template, and the sprite of the Pokémon you're making. quote Weavilax Alright this is a template for the standard pokepet -Open it up in paint -Zoom in -Copy the sprite of the pokemon you want a pet of into paint from here -Use the different shades from the sprite to recolor the pokepet -Add other parts using the pencil tool -All outlines are done in black -Make your own parts no cutting and pasting except wings Believe me. I use a good graphics program to make mine, and I'm using tools that are in MS Paint (eyedropper, Pencil, Fill bucket). And nice Electabuzz dragonair! Pretty sweet.
