Misty thinks and think the her thought go over of what smyth and her had and she starts cring

Misty walks back to the castle

PA: Haha, your friend has left. Leaving you two, uterlly defenseless. Well your last tesat is up now. You must prepare for this. Here it is.

The mysterious man appeared.

Regan: Go Umbreon!
Gonzo: Go Dragonair!
???: Mewtwo, physchic dragonair!
Regan: Umbreon cover him with dark pulse!
Gonzo: Dragonair, fight it, outrage!
???: Mewtwo, flamethrower that Umbreon!
Regan: No Umbreon dodge, another dark pulse!
Gonzo: Dragonair, sing the flame and hit a surf!
???: Mewtwo! Arghhh! Mewtwo, feed off the darkness. Mewtwo, physchic Dragonair.
Regan: Umbreon, absorb it then dark pulse back!
Gonzo: Dragonair, finish this. Hyper Beam!
Mewtwo collapsed.

Gonzo: We did it. Hey look Dragonair has evolved!

Dragonair had turned into a Dragonite.

???: You think Mewtwo was out, he used recover. Finish it Mewtwo!
Gonzo: Dragonite, finish this. Use all your elements for a mega hyper beam!
Mewtwo fainted.
???: My master creation failed me. Here take your badges. Leave.

Gonzo and Regan took thier badges. They left.

Kassie walked over to Zach. He squinted at her.

Kassie: Brotha!

Zach: No.

Kassie: Brotha!

Zach: No!

Kassie: Brotha...

Zach: Fine..

Kassie hugs Zach, he hugs her back. Deanna pulls Kassie away.

Deanna: Play?

Kassie: PLAY!

The two young girls crawl over to three PokeBalls, CLICK CLICK CLICK. A Milotic, Arcanine, and Mudkip come from the balls. The Arcanine is tired, it lies on the floor and rests, Kassie falls into its poofy mane, and rests there. The Mudkip crawls over and lies next to Kassie. The Miltic playfully wraps around Deanna and tickles her with its nose.

Smyth: *laughing at Kassie and Arcanine* aww, they're perfect for each other ^-^

Zach: whatever...

Smyth: so Zach, you came for a starter?

Zach: yeah! a strong one!

Smyth: lol, sorry, but they're all the same level...

Zach: figures...

Smyth: but you say you like fires, right?

Zach: yeah! and mom says you're a fire trainer?

Smyth: yes indeed ^-^

Zach: can i see your pokemon?

Smyth: i suppose... Go, everybody!

*releases Moltres, Arcanine, Ninetales, Charizard, Entei, and Heatran*

Zach: whoa! they're all so big! and strong looking!

Smyth: yep, years of training ^-^

Zach: so which one did you get first?

Smyth: actually, the first pokemon i ever got was Houndour... but he's still young, so i don't battle with him much...

Zach: a houndour?? seriously?? that's my favorite Pokemon!

Smyth: really now... then here. *hands him three pokeballs*

Zach: wha? three?

Smyth: yes, those are my three fire young'uns. there's Houndour, Magby, and Chimchar. And, i want you to train them ^-^ Then someday when you're stronger, maybe we'll battle.

Zach: ooh, thanks! *hugs Smyth* I won't let you down! *runs out of the lab

Smyth: what can i say, he's my son... i want him to live a good life ^-^

*Kassie wakes up from her rest and runs over to Smyth*

Kassie: Dada, which pokemon do I get?

Smyth & Misty: *laugh*

Kassie: Can it live with me in the castle?

Smyth: Castle?

Kassie: Misty's castle!

Smyth: You live with me, sweetie.

Kassie: Oh! Can we visit the castle and play?

Smyth: Sure!

Kassie: I wanna be a good trainer, i will beat Zach!

Misty: *laugh*

Smyth: well honey... how's this? *releases all of the starters* which one do you like?




OoC: Michelle, i'll let you choose your favorite 1st evolution poke?

Kassie looks around at all the starters, there were Sinnoh, Hoenn, Kanto, and all the other starters before her.

Kassie: I want that one!!!!!!!!!!!

**Kassie points towards a shy little Torchic.**

Smyth: alrighty then ^-^

Kassie: she's... mine?

Smyth: all yours ^-^

Kassie: YAY! *runs over to the Torchic*

Torchic: Tor! *runs away*

Kassie: aww she doesn't like me...

Smyth: no, she's just a shy pokemon. just move slowly ^-^

Kassie: *walking slowly* hi friend ^-^

Torchic: chic?

Kassie: i'm not going to hurt you ^-^

Torchic: tor, chic!

*Torchic runs up to Kassie*

Gonzo and Regan headed out of the gym. Still disapointed that Smyth left. But this was it. It was time for the pokemon league. They healed up in the pokecentre for the journey through victory road.

They headed up to victory road. They passed several men who checked for their badges to prove their worth and they got through.

They came to the cave front.

Gonzo: This is it Regan, what i dreamed of.
Regan: Well you've made it. Well done.
Gonzo: No thank you. You've helped me alot throughout this journey. i need to repay you somehow. I'm still thinking though.
Regan: Don't sweat it.
Gonzo: No really. I mean, arggh don't worry. Let's keep going.

They entered into Victory road, Regan's espeon lit the cave for them.

OoC: warning, long post X-ing.

Smyth: *walking outside* hey Zach, want to see a real battle?
Zach: uh, sure!
Smyth: ok... *releases Moltres* let's get going to Viridian. I need to get that badge!

*they arrive, and walk in the gym.*

???: so you came back?
Smyth: please just make this quick... i already won fair and square, i just want my badge.
???: your friends hurt you pretty bad, didn't they?
Smyth: yeah, you can say that again...
???: here. *tosses badge at Smyth* you can go now.
Smyth: i don't have to battle?
???: no. I can tell you want revenge. Stop at nothing to get the satisfaction you seek. good luck.

*he disappears into the shadows, Smyth and Zach leave*

Zach: so, when's the battle?
Smyth: uh... i'm really sorry, i expected to battle him... guess he didn't want to.
Zach: What did he mean about your friends?
Smyth: uh... nothing important. now listen... i'm going to the League, so you're going to stay with mommy for a while.
Zach: can't i come?
Smyth: sorry, no. but you can watch on TV, if you'd like...
Zach: ok...

*Smyth heads off to victory road*

BadgeCheck: do you have at least eight badges?
Smyth: right here. *pulls out badges*
BadgeCheck: alright, you're free to go, good luck.
Smyth: say, have 2 younger people come through here? one had an espeon, one a dragonair?
BadgeCheck: well... 2 have come... one with an Espeon... but the other had a Dragonite. that them?
Smyth: must be. how long ago?
BadgeCheck: not that long ago at all. you should be able to catch up to them if you hurry.
Smyth: thanks.

*Smyth releases Arcanine and uses ExtremeSpeed to reach the Cave entrance*

Smyth: well... this is it i guess... *enters cave*... hmm, better use a repel, don't want to have to deal with wild pokemon... *uses Max Repel* Alright...

*Smyth walks toward the other side at a quick pace, using Charizard to light the way. sooner than he expected, he ran into Regan and Gonzo*

Regan: Smyth?
Gonzo: it's him! just in time!
Smyth: in time? for what... you both left me back. and called me crazy... and now i'm getting my revenge.
Regan: about that... we're awfully sorry...
Gonzo: can you forgive us?
Smyth: ...save it for the battling.

*Smyth turned his nose up and brushed past them*

OOC: How does Smyth get past the last guy with no badge?

Gonzo: We never called you crazy! What?

Smyth doesn't pay any attention and speeds ahead.

Regan: Well forget about him. We got eachothers backs. We don't need to waste our time with people like that.
Gonzo: Yeh your right i say. Let's keep going.

They continue through the cave, competing in double battles and strengthening up for the Elite Four.

They continue further through but there is no sign of Smyth the whole way.

Gonzo: We're getting close to the exit, i feel it.
Regan: yeh with no sign of Smyth.
Gonzo: Oh well. Lets just keep going.

The two continue on and fight some more battles but eventually come to the end of the cave.

They walk out. They suck in some fresh air.

Gonzo: You ready Regan, here it is! Just up ahead.
Regan: Yeh i'm ready, let's go!

They run up to the Elite Four highly anticipating there challenge.

Smyth: yeah, real funny... meh, those two are in for it. Could he really think he didn't call me crazy? they basically screamed it in my face! Maybe if they actually believed me... about Anna...
