 Topic: Stumped in Dotted Hole! Please help!

Ok, so I've used cut on the door and gotten into the dotted hole, but when I drop down the first hole, there is just something sitting in the middle of the area, and when I press A by it, those stupid dots appear (I have no idea what they mean. what do they mean?) and that's it. What can I do here? Please help!

It's braille, go to a website and look up letters and they'll tell you which direction to go.

Each braille letter consists of a max of 6 dots. So you can pretty much guess the direction by counting the letters. Just make sure you know the difference between left/down.
