I think they are on 7 island but I am not sure.If so,how do you find them?

Yes, in the Tanoby ruins, a collection of chambers. The Unowns will only be encountered after solving the Tanoby Key rock puzzle, in a cave on island 6 or 7 (can't remember).

there are 7/8 caves south if island seven. you have to do the puzzle first

go south of the island, go into a small cave, so the strength puzzle, an earthquake will happen, go south again and surf to the caves

the name in the cave is something like Tanoby Key or something like that.

its called tabony ruins..i think, and there are many caves down there

also when you finish the puzzel, you can enter these chambers and two of the chambers has two new Unown that are like this !,?

yep, those are new unknowns, there are namy caves with weird names

and the chances of finding them are 1%

but they look cool because they are new

i thought the names of teh cave tell you which one you find, eh i'm wrong again

the problem is that they only know and only know one move called hidden power. THAT SUCKS!
