Well, actually, Mew's base stats are 100 for all stats. Same goes for Celebi and Jirachi. All 100 for all stats. Freaky and funny, really.

These are BASE STATS, the pokemon's frame, not its stats at a given level. Base Stats are used to determine a pokemon's stats. Kapeesh?
