I only have one shiny, which i got as soon as I got into Ceruelean City. Bellsprout.

I think it just depends on luck

so shiny is just that the colors are different ? or do they elevel up faster or something?

Yes, Shiny pokemon are regular pokemon except they are a different color... that is the only difference between a normal pokemon and a shiny one.

Hmm, I thought you only had to remove your sig if you had a banner or something similiar in it.
