That you can only get Ho-Oh and Lugia with a Visual Boy Advance code? Also, Deoxys too?

No, you can get them with the Mystic Ticket and the Aurora Ticket, too. I think you have to get the Mystic Ticket for Lugia and Ho-oh and the Aurora Ticket for Deoxys. This is what they look like:

You can use a Gameshark or AR to get them.

Hopefully you have the real copy of the game, and aren't using the Emulator...

But without having to cheat using a cheatin Device, if you go to the Pokemon Center in New York or Japan, you can use the Wonder Spot to obtain the tickets.

Yes, I thought about that. But there is a slim chance that he could have a real copy of it, but heard that you can only get the tickets through a code... I try to give people the benefit of the doubt before I do something.

But before I say anything else I await his response...

I have the real game. I have complete access to the Pokemon Center because I live in New York City. I've been there before.
