1) Ditto can be found most commonly on route 14 and 15 and up on route 24 (above cerulean on the path to Bill's house.

2) No Ditto is not very rare, he's quite easy to find and capture.

I can't really answer any of the other questions...i'm not very good with all those "best moves" kinda stuff

Secondly, my Mewtwo has these moves:

Flamethrower
Ice Beam
Hyper Beam
Psychic

Hyper Beam is not that great because you must recharge after using. I really need to find a move to replace it with. The rest of these moves are good with Mewtwo because of its high sp. atk.

That is a Horrible Mewtwo. First of all, Mewtwo can learn calm mind so you definately have to at least consider that as an option. Also i wont even go there about the hyperbeam!

Better Mewtwo

- Thunderbolt
- Recover

This one works a lot better. Once you have a few calm minds set up, Mewtwo becomes super powered. Recover to get back lost HP and thunderbolt and Psychic to sweep with.

Won't do the movesets as I don't like doing them for legendaries (I always get yelled at), but for question 7, every time you use Pay Day you get that number of coins equal to the level of the Pokemon that used it. but if you use it twice, you get two times the level, and so on.

So can you use Pay Day 10 times with a lvl. 100 Meowth/Persian and you'll get $1,000?

Yeah, that is true, but with Calm Mind it raises it Special Defence as well, which rules out attacking from a Dark type.

And special attack is not high enough untill it can OHKO a blissey...

True. But Mantine has a higher Special Defence then Blissey, problem is it is 4x weak to Electric.

Mantine may have a higher base sp.def (by only 5 if you are wondering). but blissey has way higher Hit Points

Yeah, but unlike Blissey Mantine can also attack (Surf/Ice Beam/HP Grass are what I use, they work great!!!)

Blissey can attack fine with siesmic toss. And mantine is too UU to use against a normal team (does great in UU battles though, remembering that i was the one who suggested it to you)
