Squad Rating:

Hey, I was looking at my Leaf Green team, and I was thinking to myself, what you guys would do with it. Please Rate and make suggestions of any kind:

Lv 79 Magneton@ Lax Incense
Nature: Serious
Ability: Magnet Pull
Moves:
Thunder
Rain Dance
HP (don't Know what type, but I'm trying to get Water)
(the last move will be Thunder Wave, but it isn't on there at the moment)

Lv 70 Dragonite@ Lax Incense
Nature: Modest
Ability: Inner Focus
Moves:
Earthquake
Thunder Wave
Fly (Maybe Aerial Ace?)
Outrage

Lv 97 Swampert@ Leftovers
Nature: Hardy
Ability: Torrent
Moves:
Surf
Earthquake
Ice Beam
(I haven't got a 4th move for this one either. I was thinking of Rest and chaging the item he has to Chesto Berry.)

Lv 79 Breloom@ Focus Punch
Nature: Sassy
Ability: Effect Spore
Moves:
Giga Drain
Spore
Sludge Bomb (maybe Mach Punch instead?)
Focus Punch

Lv 82 Houndoom@ Shell Bell
Nature: Bold
Ability: Early Bird
Moves:
Crunch
Solarbeam
Sunny Day
Flamethrower

***IN TRAINING***
Lv 51 Deoxys (Defensive Form)@ EXP.Share
Nature: Bashful
Ability: Pressure
Moves:
Amnesia
Spikes
Recover
Iron Defense
(I was thinking of giving it Cosmic Power after trading to Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald, which ever one can learn it through leveling up. But if I do I'm not too sure about the other move, mabye Substitute?)

Suggestions of any kind (both movesets and Pokemon) will be useful...

Thanks

DD aka Double Decker

In my opinion, magneton's main weakness is when things like Swampert switch in. For this reason, i would go with HP grass if you can get it. Though HP water and HP ice work well too

Outrage
If you are going to have outrage you should have safegaurd too. Not only is it a nice move which protects the entire team, it stops you confusing yourslef when you come out of the outrage state. AA is better than fly unless you want a way to get around places, Though i would prefer too see it with dragon dance really

Give it rest (@ chesto) and also replace icebeam with curse. Swampert gets pretty formidiable with a few curses under it. And speed isnt a problem too.

Focus Punch
You have already got a fighting attack (FP) so there is no need to have Mach Punch. Personally i would go with leech seed here but it is your call. Anything usually works on Breloom with spore anyway. The only thing i cant figure out is why it has "focus punch" attached as an item . Leftovers would go much better here lol.

Lv 82 Houndoom@ Shell Bell
Nature: Bold
Ability: Early Bird

This looks reasonably standard, so nothing really needed here. If it works for you, keep it as it is

Substitute doesnt work very well because of its somewhat low HP. Rest/recover are better for Deoxys (LG). I would take toxic over spikes so you can actually do some fainting of the oponent. And use nightshade so it can do some ganertied attack damage. The stalling set works well with pressure so you wont be loosing many battles. Oh and deoxys fire red (of all things) learns cosmic power at level 35. I recomend trying to get this.

Well, it's pretty good except for Hyper Beam. Replace that with Dragon Dance or maybe Outrage (safeguard would prevent confusion).

Hmm... good idea, that Dragonite doesn't even have any Dragon type moves.

What about Dragon Breath? Isn't that move stronger?

Otherwise, I like it. Good team.

And what's an HP move?

HP-Hidden Power

I think Dragonclaw is stronger but I'm not 100% sure...

And what's an HP move?
Dragonbreath = 60 power, 99% accuracy, 20 PP, 30% chance of paralysis

Dragon Claw = 80 power, 99% accuracy, 15 PP

Outrage = 90 power, 99% accuracy, 15 PP, attacks for 2 to 3 turns, then confuses the user.
