Toxic (PSN)

You never want more than one attack of the same type. Surf, despite being less powerful, gets more accuracy. Chesto Berry if you don't feel comfortable to wait for the w turns that come with rest.

Shadow Ball (GHO)
Thunder Wave

Mimic may be a fun move, though Thunder Wave is much better.

Thrash is risky, and normal moves aren't super-effective against anything.

Arcanine Level 74 (Boy) @ Leftovers

Flamethrower
Extremespeed (NRM)

Attract (NRM)

Flamethrower, like Surf, is more accurate than Fire Blast, and gets more PP. Crunch is just more powerful than Bite, though it is an Egg Move. But if don't compete competitively, bite works fine.

Zapdos Level 74 (Neuter) @ Leftovers

Thunderbolt (ELC)
Charge (ELC)
Drill Peck (FLY)
Thunder Wave

Thunder Wave is just a great move, and Charge boosts up Thunderbolt, and Drill Peck is a good flying move. Though Aerial Ace could work too.

Rhydon Level 72 (Boy) @ Leftovers

Rock Slide (RCK)
Swords Dance (NRM)

Nothing wrong here really. I use a Rhydon very similar to this one. Except I use Double-Edge instead of Swords Dance. Though if you don't have Rock Head as an ability, than stick with the Dance.

I've beat the Elite Four only 4 times, but I've been playing for only 77:01. Hope my team is good.

I focus more on attack than Sp.Att.But I use Pokemon with a lot of help and he has 151 at level 61.

Anyways, don't fight Chansey for EVs! It will give you HP ones, and Raticate doesn't have good HP. Speed and Attack EV train...
