Meh, Ice Beam works for me because it can freeze things. Dragon Claw can work if he wants it.

Actually, this discussion was stupid, because both are about equal (only on a dragon type pokemon though, on any other type, icebeam is best)

I was wondering what you were talking about when I suggested Ice Beam. I was thinking maybe you were thinking it was Lapras, but even that has Ground and Grass weaknesses.

Soul Dew is obtained in Ruby or Sapphire. You need the Eon Ticket (I think) and yu go to Southern Island where you battle the other Lati@s. If you capture it, it is holding Soul Dew. This multiplies the Special Attack of Latios and the Special Defence of Latias by 1.5 when held. As for Ice Beam, replace Shadow Ball (this way you are focussing on its Special Attack so it can be a more powerful Special Sweeper).

Physical Sweeper, and it has the speed to do it. Boost its attack with the Swords Dance, then clean up with the rest. Brick break/Aerial Ace to cover the weaknesses and return for its 102 power.

yes, and i told ajnidehs that HP (ground) would be better than HP (flying) due to the fact that you should be countering fire (and steel) rather than fighting...

Well, it's harder to help you since you're only at Koga. Nevertheless, i'll help you to the best of my ability.

Hitmonlee is good. I'd toss Focus Energy if you want Mega Kick. It's accuracy is low, but you have Mind-Reader for that. Then again, it's just a normal attack too, so it won't be all too effective.

Pikachu is fine. If you can get a more accurate normal attack, like Body Slam, I'd teach it that. Slam isn't that good for it's low accuracy.

Snorlax is good.

Vaporen is pretty good. Water Pulse should be tossed. I'm not sure what else it learns and what it can learn, so just stick weith it until it learns a new move.

Charmeleon is fine.

Pigeot... Yeah it's good.

Though your biggest problem is your lack of a psychic pokemon. If you have a spare Clefairy, you can trade it for a Mr.Mime, who should suffice Koga. Though Charmeleon with Flamethrower will probably be fine. Good luck. I hope I helped.
