Either my Kyogre or my mewtwo.

 Every one knows legendaries r powerful Here let me give u an example:My most powerful pokemon is tyranitar (male) Lv 96 , attack 374 , Hp 391 , Defense 301 , Speed 193 , Sp.attack 298 , Sp. defense 302 Met at lv 20 at seavault cannyon BRAVE nature Ability (sand stream) summons a sand storm Moveset: Crunch Hyper beam Rock slide Earthquake Do u get it now? | |

Probably my Venusaur. Great IVs in HP, Def and Sp. Def and I love using it as a tank:

HELLO! cant u understand simply no legendaries whether its weak or strong coz actually u get a legendary at a high level say 40 50 or may be 70 so to raise a pokemon from this level is quite easy but to raise a pokemon from a smal level is a bit hard that is why I said no legendaries and remember its just for fun and for exchanging ideas and plz include details as I did! OK

I would say.........Charizard.He has very powerfull moves and he can learn allot of hm's.
