basically
my weedle cannot use its poison string because of no PP and string shot can only reduce speed oposing pokemon can only harden no way as i can see to end the battle helppp | |

Ok, just use all the PP left and when there is none you're pkmn use's a move called "Struggle" wich does some damage.

I assume you're fighting a Kakuna or Metapod.
