Anyone else stink at this level it is the only one i cant beat

I played this game so many times...

Every time I always play the game normally (1-1, 1-2, 1-3, 1-4, 2-1, etc.) I don't use pipes to skip worlds.

And every time I get to 8-3 and I lose about 5-6 lives there and then I go to 8-4 and I get to that hammer dude and I always die to him. Only 2 times, have I gotten past the Hammer dude and made it to bowser, (dying both times...)

So basically, you're not alone, my friend. You are not alone!

ya i pass it with ease, i just get fire power ( i practiced alot in that level) and kill the hammer bro and always get to normal mario when on bowser. i cant pass him without getting hit.

I beat the whole game like 15 times its easy all of the times except the first 8th and 13th times i had fireballs.
but that hammer bro. is hard if you dont have fireballs.
and ive beaten bowser with fireballs 9 out of the 12times i had fireballs to kill the hammer bro.

Why do they make the lvel names like this, i never made it past level 1-2 [

Wow that is sad. Can't even pass world 1-2. You need to pass 1-2 the most the beat the game.

i hate this level with a passion!! i always got caught up because of the time limit really... and ya that hammer dude was a pain in the ass I admit
