OK - i beat the game!!!....but now it's just stuck on a screen that says how many attempts i made and "the end"....i can't get out of it or back to the main menu....tried shutting the game off and all - what do i do?!?!?!?

You turn the game off and take pride in the fact that you beat it. There are no secret messages or prompts to save your cleared file.

Yeah, your data will be saved automatically after the credits roll, so just reset the console and your data will be there with a number beside Link to determine how many times you've saved your game.
