when i get in the castle and make it to the room with the laser i cant get the door open also the same when i go out and around to the back were u move the rocks and go in the door there is a laser that spins and i cant figure out how to open these doors PS where is the hammer

In the future, be more specific about your location. There are about a dozen castles in the game and a handful of rooms in one of them that contain such statues.

I'm fairly certain that you're talking about the Desert Palace. You can open the door in the cave behind the rocks by pushing the block that's at the center of the group of blocks on the right. Don't know exactly what other room you're describing, but try killing all of the enemies or pushing the block that's the third from the left (there should be eight of them).

Don't concern yourself with the hammer. You still have a long way to go before you get it and you can't miss it.
