After clearing the sixth dungeon in the Dark World, go to the bomb shop that's in the same place Link's house would be in the Light World. Without dashing, go to the Pyramid of Power and set the bomb in front of the cracked wall (press A). Go inside and throw your sword into the water.

I'm pretty sure you need to have the tempered sword to get the golden sword from the wishing well.

Throw your bow and arrows in the water as well and you will get the silver arrows, which you need to defeat Ganon. Also, make sure you have the tempered sword, I'm sure there is another page that explains how to get it, if you don't already know.
