Has anyone gotten a golden boombox in the snake level with the rain (on first stage) i got it along time ago and i dont know how to get it again

Yeah my brother got it as well. He too can't remember how he done it. I think maybe you have to collect everything.

and i forgot can you get it on the gba?

I dont know in the GBA game, but all i know it does not have to be done if you 102% the game. I got it before i 102% it so you dont have to beat everything. Now my idea was that in the end of the level, there was a platform in the sky. Maybe there is smothng to do with that.

Where is this Golden Boombox? How you get it? And what does it do?

Okay this is all i know

You get it in the Snake Level. This would be the first time you meet the snake where it is raining, i dont know the exact name.

It does not do anything just instead of beating the level and diddy rocking to the black boombox, it is golden.

And i have no idea how to get it?

First off, I've beaten the game with everything found and all secret levels uncovered, along with beating K.Rool the second time. Plus I've read the Player's Guide front to back, and I have not found one bit of evidence that suggests the presence of a golden boombox.
