I wonder, when you have Piggsy on 1/4 health after 3 executes and he runs through that door leading to the chaircase.. Is there a 4th weapon anywhere to finish the last 25% of health or some other method to prevent engaging that chainsaw madman with just bare hands?

you have to leg it to the top of the stairway.....twice and make Piggsy run over the metal grate. and he'll fall to his death.
