I havn't played guild wars in several months, and i still remember my username. However, the password i was almost positive i used doesn't seem to work. and I can't change it! it won't let me. any help?

This is probably your best shot. Before you reset or contact I'd make sure you didn't miss a capital symbol or something like.

That would be helpful, but i no longer have my product key. Friend of mine tried to peel tthe plastic covering off and it removed the last 4 digits of the key, so i'm in trouble.

Your last shot then would probably be to write an e-mail to the Guild Wars Support, explain your problem and see what they say.
