I'm confused. People keep saying the CIS is the best but others,(who I think are on drugs), are saying that the Empire is the best. But arent the CIS the best because they got the Dordieka?

all the armies are the same apart from a few differences but i still think the CIS is the kick ass army.

The only bad thing about the Seperatist (CIS) is that they don't have any troops that can get from a gap distance and even though the fdroideka is good on the field try starting out on kashyyyk docks and go on the beach head with a droideka and try to get somewhere, the droideka are easily destroyed by water compared to other droids.

Don't get me wrong the Seperatist kicks ass!

the seps and the empire both have their pros and cons; the CIS have teh fast moving droideka, but it is easily destroyed rolling in water (even though droids don't breath) and the SPDs have rockets to compiment there "rifles" and powerful "pistols" (tri-shot) but they move slow, fire slow, and the tri-shot overheats quikly. the rest of the units are near identical to their counterparts in the other factions.
The empire has the fast firing E-11 rifle, but it is unaccurate, they have a bomber aircraft, they don't have a dropship, they have the dark trooper, he jumps really high, whoopdiedoo.

My personal favorite army in the first game would have to be the Clone Army / Republic. In my opinion Droidekas are overrated and very easy to destroy, mostly because of rolling vulnerability and limited shield life.

i like the empire. they are smarter than the others exept on endor. +they have the scout.my fave.

how the hell are droideka good? I hardly ever use them, they have slow mobility and the accuracy are wild. It is only useful when mowing down several targets at once, the roll and unroll does not help its case neither.
