	It's been years since I beat this game, so bear with me. As I recall, you had to get 1st standings (100cc) on all three Cups (Mushroom, Flower, Star) to unlock the hidden Special Cup. Rainbow Road is the last track there. ------------------- Gone, but not forgotten...
