I'm pretty sure that the first time you fight Valmar's Eye, it doesn't have 20,000 HP for each component, plus 4 Eyeball Bats with 20,000 HP each. However, I did find that, ironically, Spellbinding Eye is pretty effective against the Eye in the 2nd fight. Yep, you can use its own technique to hold it down for a pummelling.

eh the 1swt valmar eye was the toughest for me. of course i beat it on the 1st try but it was hard cause i have a habit of killing every little thing before i go for the main compnent. make the battle more dramatic

Yeah Valmar's eye was really hard but all I had to do was go back and forth through Aira's Space 2 wiping out all the enmies and healing at the save point until I had a nice level 35 party, then it was pretty easy. But the claw...oh LORD the claw...

Agreed... The Valmar's Eye and Valmar Core where the only fights in which I was in serious trouble...

I won all but Melfice on first try and they were soooo... easy:cool:

I found that the game was way too easy in general. If you cleaned all the areas, you came to the bosses with such a good equipment and at level where boss were mere a pushover. I do not even have anything to say about last bosses, 2 rounds of 3 strongest special moves usialy killed them.

Actualy, i found this tactic which worked very well through the game. As soon as I got decoy skill, I have maxed it, gave it to one of the guys (Mareg at first, Roan after), then gave all the damage avoiding skills (Toughness, Evade, Aim for Counter...etc) plus all the highest AC items and accessory that negotiate damage in Mareg's case and all the HP regeneration items in Raul case. All the rest of the members had the items that helped to do the damage (IP boosts, +combo atacks, +resists...etc). In the start of the fight, you move decoy person as far away as possible from the rest of the group and always set him to Defend and then just kill everyone. Fully set up defending Decoy is almost invincible while your low deffence characters rip through everyone.

Well... in general the game is pretty easy....

actually u guys... i thought all of the pieces of valmar were reletively easy in the first place... and my fav. attack is fallen wings^_^ i love it! i love millenia also! well im actually having trouble with valmar in whole (except the horns, because ryudo has those) and to my surprise earlier, i found out that his holyness Zera is not actually a follower of granas and that granas actually died! how strange! and there is also the fact that millenia and roan die and i think that really sucks! wahhhh. and i think roan looks better when he metts ryudo and co. for the first time. i dont like his king outfit. and melfice was the most annoying boos because he kept laughing or sniggering throughout the entire battle! i wanted to shoot the tv with a gernade launcher! lol^_^millenia's best fan^_^

melfice WAS the hardest boss no matter how many times u beat on him he'll hit u with his damn demon hord slash or take u out with his claw attack thingy. When u take out the sword his arms get all electrified and then 2 claws come out of the ground and nail every1.

Most of the Valmars Parts were easy for me.
And does anyone else agree with me when i say VALMAR ZERA (the final Boss) was easier than any other boss
