	i know what is wrong. all you have to do is wait because if you have ever played the dreamcast version you would know that fallen wings and other spells go much slower, and the attack finishes and then stops because it has to wait for the length of time that it does in the dc and ps2. so basically all you gotta do is wait until it starts up again, which is only about 5-10 seconds.
