Um... I don't think so. The islands have different names, but other than that and a few changes to locations and sctructures, it's the same.

Yeah gta was quite crap as the misions didn't make sense e.g the truths missions stealing a jetpack and green goo wat is that about (pointless) oh another thing when you get the garage in sf you cant even enter it and its even your shit how poors that

but overall it was a gd game coz u did get to fly better planes e.g shamal, hydra, rustler and u got a HOVERCRAFT how kl is that and u could parachute jump

the thing that did bother me was why did u have to kill ryder nd big smoke coz u didnt even find out who kiled your mom u killed them just coz they were running with the ballas and had the green sabre SO WAT

I didnt really like Ryder, I actually have fun killing him. I used the rocket launcher on him during the boat chase.

However, I do actually felt sorry for having to kill Big Smoke, and piss off that I didnt get to personally pop Tenpenny.

yeah me too. especially how after smoke was such a cool homie, and he was on the radio on wctr. he sounded to be like a guy that was just caught up in the middle of some bad shit.

but I like how there are things from manhunt and other rockstar games in here. (ex, there are pics of the cerebus gang and the trash can from the abandoned zoo in manhunt.)
