Thanks man, but I cheated as I look through the Guide and found it at the Easter Bay Chemical, which is kinda easier to get..lol.

btw, I check the Military too, not there, maybe it need to be a certain time. Plus you cant get in to it, I had to fly a Crop Duster to get into it, wasnt eay..lol

On the mission where you steal the hydra, destroy all but the one that your gonna fly because the military guys fly those after you and its much easier without opposing hydras attacking you.

i finally got a copy of san andreas and im having trouble getting the cheats to work. none of the weapons, armor/health, or the plane will work. the only one ive gotten is the jetpack. anything special i have to do before i can use those cheats?

O.K., I'm new to this site so hopefully I'm posting on the right section.

Alright, I'm on "Nine's and AK's" and I'm trying to get that bulletproof car (the Tampa that you're supposed to blow up as part of the mission). I've looked over the internet and have only found two methods of how to do it but neither of them have been fruitful.

One is by using the cheat that blows up all cars, but as we all know, cheating on any of the "GTA" games can *bleep* up your game so that it may not load at some point in the future, so that's out.

The other is by pushing the car, before you're instructed to blow it up, to the garage and then using a forklift to flip it. I did exactly as the guide told me to do but the car won't flip! I've tried doing it by raising the forks all the way, part of the way and hitting the gas (pushing it foward) and against and not against something behind it (a wall or other car). It JUST won't flip! You're supposed to flip it while it's in the garage which will cause it to explode, then when the garage door closes and re-opens on it it's good to go and you can open the doors and drive it around.

Please, can ANYONE help me with this without the use of cheats???

bulldiesel you have to use the d-pad not thumbstick and make sure you press the d-pad hard enough and you can do them really slow and they still work^_^

if you use to many cheats befor mad dogs mision you got to start again

No one has responded to this request in the PC Forum of this game, so I'm going to repost it here in hopes of getting some help...and it's a real hair-tearing moment (link to other thread; this is pretty much the same post as the other thread).

For the past few weeks, on a follow-up playthrough (which I do for a lot of my video games, especially for the better games, like this one) of this game, I have been absolutely stymied by the mission Cut Throat Business. I swear to god I have failed this mission in just about every way possible in the go-kart section of the mission. I have read through the FAQ's/Guides on Neoseeker for help on this one, yet I haven't found what I need.
One particular guide underestimates the difficulty of the mission, saying that all you have to do is follow him. Unfortunately that is easier said than done because this is the strictest of all the chases in my opinion. It seems to me that the distance allowed between CJ and the target is the shortest out of all the missions in the game; all it takes to fail the mission is one or two screw-ups on your part, or to have Madd Dogg rear-end you. Heck, the game even claims that OG Loc gets away but his vehicle is in plain sight. There should never have been a chase in the go-karts in this game...

I'm in a major need of advice on how to beat this mission; I've even watched this video on YouTube for advice and it didn't help. On a side note I don't think that that is the PC Version of the game because if it was, there were several points in the second part of the chase in which OG Loc could have gotten away; if some of what happened in the video happened on the PC Version, OG Loc gets away.

Honestly, it feels like nothing short of an absolutely perfect run can clear this mission, and I'm already questioning if there is a bug/glitch involved in this because on no other mission have I had this difficulty, and I have NEVER used cheats of any kind on this game--if I did I didn't save the game.
Strange as this may sound, the last time I beat this mission was on that particular file's first attempt at the mission, but I got this message, shutting the game down:
