	I reckon it is a toss up between this and Sonic 3 and Knuckles (which has a bit of a handicap I guess though). The stages in Sonic 2 were much better than Sonic 3, and probably just ahead of S&K also. If they had only introduced the save feature in this though it would have made it so much better I think (and definitely easier). Come on, just think about the times you have run out of lives/continues at Metropolis Zone! Goddamn Praying Mantis'!!!
