Squad

Right now my team is great imo. As a team they perform well in every game, dominating every team (even Real Madrid, like 27 to 10 shot count), but as you can see I'm only third. This is because I lose games I should win. Recently I lost 3-1 to Zaragoza despite having twice as many shots.

I've decided this is because I don't have good goalscorers, or players who can pull my team out when it's needed. You might say, "Hey hold on! You've got Joaquin/Bierofka/Santana/Downing/Crespo/Delgado/Sneijder/Dede/Mokoena!"

But actually, only the four wingers have a high average rating (like 8.0ish), the rest are around the 7.25 mark, and my top league goal scorer has 4 goals, even though I'm the tournament's highest scoring team.

Anyone got any tips? I'm using near enough pre-set instructions for the AMs and the CF. I've toggled with the free role for the AMs - doesn't help.

And what do you think of the squad? In any other games I've had Mokoena/Delgado/Crespo scoring a goal a game, and if they were doing that here I'd be set.

Perhaps you have to modify your first team training scedule.
Allocate more time to shooting and mental training. That's if you haven't tried this already.

Sign Roncatto, costs something like 250K, becomes great talent. Or if you want immediate success, see how much you can get for Joaquin, and buy 4 or 5 quality players
