Ok..fed up with being Manchester United and winning everything therepossibly was to win, i decided to go for a new challenge, so i went Oxford United, in League 2. Theyre expected to finish mid table, i have a £0 transfer budget.

Im currently 3rd in League 2, but i seem to be on a win-loss-win-loss result run which is kinda annoying when i just beat Swansea who are top, then lose to Kidderminster who are 23rd.

I know thatit all depends on the tactics you use when you are a lower league side, but i just cant seem to find a good enough tactic to help me get on a better run of results..

I have some fairly decent players so i dunno what the heck to do..

hi how are you i was swindon using a a 4-5-2 i think need to check agen playing a not to defensive and a not to deep back line got them to the old div one but no higher then 4th also with Newport county which was in the conference south up to the old div 3 agen no higher then 5th im now with west ham tried the 4-5-2 was no good played a 4-4-2 attacking game left all the slide bars in the middle am now in the prem finished the 2009/2010 7th looking to burst in to the top 3 in the 2010/2011 season hope it helps
