You need to time your punches correctly and dodge well. You'll get Kyza sooner or later.

ok every time he is about to attack you'll see arrows glow in either the left right or down direction, once they glow push the left joystick in that direction, after you doge one one is attcks, lay as many punches on him as you can, sooner or later you'll beat Kyza
