From this game it'd have to be the Scrap Brain Zone, such a great 3 levels. In Sonic 2 I'd have to say the Aquatic Ruin Zone and in Sonic 3 my vote would go to the Ice Cap Zone. (I think that's the name)
Overall in the series Scrap Brain Zone is probably my favourite, considering I was about 6 years old when I played Sonic 1, the whole 3 acts in that level seemed a very daunting and almost scary place, but very cool at the same time. | |

The Star Light Zone is my favorite for Sonic 1 but out of all the games (that I've played so far) Ice Cap Zone is my favorite.

Star Light Zone was my favourite from this game too. I always liked the Flying Battery Zone in Sonic & Knuckles and from Sonic 2 I guess it was the Hill Top Zone for some reason. I think because of the music.

Well, out of Sonic 2 and Sonic and Knuckles...
The Death Egg (Sonic 2) and the Doomsday Zone. Because of the extremely kick arse music. -------------------

I love the Casino Night Zone in STH2. Hardly any enemies and great opportunities to get a lot of rings.

When I was little, I loved the Star Light Zone. I thought it was pretty to look at the stars.

How about playing SA2B for NGC and get all 180 emblems?
This will unlock a more realistic 3D version of Act 1 in this stage. | |

Yeah that one is cool. it keeps changing 2-d to 3-d anyway it ends too fast though.
